The interior is the same everywhere
Everything inside the car is unaffected by where it is parked. Extraction, steam, shampoo, odor treatment, and pet hair removal all run off the van's own power, so an apartment interior detail is identical to a driveway one.
For residents in restricted properties, that is often the best value: book the interior work on site and keep the exterior on a lighter maintenance rhythm.
What a rinseless wash actually is
Rinseless washing is what makes detailing possible where hoses and runoff are not allowed, and it is widely misunderstood as a compromise.
The solution contains polymers that encapsulate dirt and lift it away from the paint, so a plush media picks up the contamination rather than dragging it. The car is done panel by panel with plenty of clean towels, using a couple of gallons rather than fifty. On a maintained car the result is indistinguishable from a hose wash; on a genuinely filthy one it is the wrong tool.
