The short answer
If something in the service we performed was missed or not done to standard, tell us within seven days and we come back and fix it at no charge. That is the whole mechanism. There is no form to fight through and no requirement to prove anything beyond showing us the car.
What a guarantee cannot do is undo time. It covers our workmanship, not new dirt, new damage, or the natural end of a protection product's life.
What is covered
- A missed area: a vent, a jamb, a seat track, a wheel barrel, a section of glass.
- Streaks, residue, or dressing sling left behind by our work.
- A stain we said we could lift that came back within the window.
- Interior odor treated as part of an odor service that has clearly returned.
- Anything on the service checklist that was not performed.
What is not covered, and why
This is the half most companies leave off the page, which is exactly why it belongs here.
| Not covered | Why |
|---|---|
| New dirt after the visit | It is a detail, not a force field |
| Stains we told you were permanent | We flag these before starting rather than after |
| Pre-existing damage we documented | Etching, wiper scratches, curb rash, and worn trim are recorded up front |
| Protection wearing out on schedule | A sealant is a consumable with a stated life, not a permanent coating |
| Odor with a source we could not treat | A leak or mold behind a panel needs repair first, and we say so |
Outside the guarantee
The part that makes it real
The card on file is charged after the work, not before, and only once you have walked the car with the tech in daylight. The guarantee covers the week after that.
How to use it
Text or email with a photo of what you are looking at, ideally in daylight. Say what you expected and what you are seeing. We schedule a return visit, usually within a few days, and we do not argue about small things.
The one thing that genuinely helps is speed. A missed vent found the same week is obviously ours. The same complaint three months and one road trip later is not something either of us can honestly attribute.
What we document before starting
A guarantee only works if both sides know what the car looked like beforehand, which is why the walkaround at the start matters as much as the one at the end.
- Existing paint damage: chips, scratches, etching, and any panel that has been repainted.
- Wheel condition, including curb rash and any peeling finish.
- Glass chips and wiper scratches.
- Interior damage: burns, tears, permanent staining, and any sagging headliner.
- Anything already loose, missing, or failing, such as trim clips or a window seal.
