The short answer
We come to your home or office, set up beside your vehicle, and do the entire detail on site. You need to give us access to the car and enough safe space to work all the way around it. Our normal setup is built to be self-sufficient where possible, and we confirm any site needs with you before the appointment. You get a locked arrival window, a text when we are 15 minutes out, and before-and-after photos when we finish.
Nothing about the work is a lighter version of shop detailing. The only thing that changes is whose driveway it happens in.

What we need from you
The list is short, and getting it right is most of what makes an appointment run on time.
- A parking spot the car can stay in for the whole service. Moving a vehicle mid-detail costs time and risks marring fresh sealant.
- Enough space to walk and work around all four sides, roughly one open parking space of clearance.
- Access to the car, and the keys if the interior is part of the service.
- Personal items cleared out. We work around what is there, but an empty cabin gets a better clean and keeps your things in your hands.
- A heads-up about anything unusual: an aftermarket wrap, a repainted panel, a known leak, a sensitive alarm, a dog in the yard.

Do you need my water and power?
Our normal mobile setup is built to be self-sufficient where possible, and we confirm site needs with you before the appointment rather than showing up and asking. If a location genuinely has no access at all, tell us when you book and we will confirm what we can do there before you commit.
For specialty work at storage lots and boat ramps, we arrive with filtered water and generator power, which is exactly why we can work sites that have no hookup at all.
Apartments, HOAs, and office parking
This is the question we get most often, and the answer is usually yes with one phone call. Plenty of apartment complexes and HOAs allow mobile detailing; some restrict washing in common areas, and a few require the vendor to be on an approved list. The rule is almost never about detailing itself, it is about water in a shared lot.
Check with your property manager before you book, and tell us what they said. If washing is not allowed where you park, an interior-only service is unaffected, and we can often work from a nearby permitted spot instead. At an office, the practical constraints are the same: a spot the car can keep for the duration and clearance to work around it.
- 1Ask your property manager whether mobile detailing and washing are permitted, and whether a vendor needs approval or insurance on file.
- 2Book the vehicle for a spot it can hold for the whole window, not a 2-hour visitor space.
- 3If washing is restricted, book interior-only work at home and handle the exterior elsewhere.
- 4For an office, clear it with facilities first so nobody moves the car mid-detail.
What happens if the weather turns
North Texas weather does what it wants. Light rain and heavy sun are both workable: a canopy handles most of it, and we adjust the work sections so products do not flash off in the heat. What we do not do is push through conditions that would compromise the result, because a sealant applied in the wrong conditions is money you wasted.
If a forecast is genuinely against us, we contact you and move the appointment rather than deliver a detail we would not sign our name to. You are not charged for a reschedule we initiate.
Book it for your driveway
Pick a date and arrival window online in about two minutes. There is no deposit: we save a card to hold the slot and only charge it after the work is done and you are happy.
The timeline of an appointment
Every visit follows the same shape, whether it is a 45-minute wash or a nine-hour Signature detail.
- 1A text when we are 15 minutes out, so you are not watching the window.
- 2A walkaround with you, or photos if you are not there. This is where the final price is confirmed, before any work begins.
- 3Setup beside the vehicle, and the work itself, in the order the service calls for.
- 4A QC checklist and a sunlight walkaround to catch anything missed.
- 5Before-and-after photos, then payment on the card you saved when you booked.

What backs it up
Two commitments make the mobile model work. If we miss your arrival window, 10 percent comes off that visit automatically. And if something is not right, we come back to make it right, up to twice within 7 days. Those exist because the whole promise of a detailer who comes to you is that you do not have to chase them.
This is an educational guide written to help DFW drivers budget and decide with confidence. It is not a binding quote. Your price is confirmed up front before any work begins, with no deposit.
